ABOUT US
Since its inception in 2006, Berlin Property Invest AS has been active in most parts of Berlin. Alltogether we have invested in 36 properties. We have sold around 200 apartments and we still have around 300 appartments for long term rent.
Our strategy has mainly been to aquire proberties in quiet side-roads to central roads such as Schlosstrasse in Steglitz and Kurfürstendamm in Charlotteburg, but we never say no to an attrachtive property elsewhere that we feel has potential. We admire old classic buildings with elements of nice details that we can restore and let shine again. We allways try to make it the "nicest house in the street". We believe people like to feel proud when they enter the doorway with brass-doorbell and stuckatur in the seiling. In the coming years we will also continue to empesize on energy- and costsaving investments in our properties.
We have allways had a close relation to our architechts and technical consultants to plan and fullfill our project to the best for our buildings, our tenants and our financial ambitions.
